Click the mouse to shoot the critters, press the space bar to swap the colour of the critters to be shot.

You are SPACEBEETLE, a once lowly beetle on a grand quest to rid space of all evil! Well, insect related evil…

Kill enemies using your little beetle gun to get points to level up. When you level up you earn skill points which you can spend to upgrade yourself by pressing SPACE

Collect powerups while playing to slow enemies down, regenerate your health, destroy nearby drones bugs, unlock a special bullet.

Description

Guide the beetle in the middle of the countryside, surrounded by fields and forests. Find and eat its favorite food the grass roots. Avoid those nasty butterflies which are invaded this area. If the beetle meets a butterfly, it will lose his life. It has to eat 5 green grass roots to reach the next stage.
