Constellations are appears in main menu during progress of game. Then you can choose any level by pressing planet in those constellations.

Move stars = Mouse
Move the red stars using the mouse. The lines between the red stars activate any blue stars they cross – turning them yellow. Activate all the blue stars to complete the level.
Watch out in later levels for black holes, which will suck all your stars into oblivion – ending the level.
