Description
Test your nerve as an Air Traffic Controller coping with mounting pressure and a constantly changing weather situation. When will you crack?
Instructions
Click on an aircraft (square) and use the menu that appears to send the aircraft instructions.
Aircraft circling the outside of the radar want to land – assign them a runway for landing from their menu.
Aircraft at the departure gate want to take off – assign them a runway for takeoff from their menu.
You will lose points while an aircraft flys through bad weather (the red patches on the radar). Aircraft may taxi through bad weather without losing points.
When two aircraft collide – game over!
Description
If you enjoyed the Airport Madness series, you will love Sky Madness. Prevent mid-air collisions by assigning aircraft to different altitudes. Watch out for mountains, birds and hot air balloons!
This is a fun, straightforward game to play. It looks easy, but is deceptively challenging.
Instructions
Simply click and drag aircraft to guide them to their correct altitudes without hitting other aircraft or objects.
Description
Manage airport takeoffs and landings to avoid collisions and minimize delays. Work quickly, but stay alert for traffic conflicts.
Part two in the Airport Madness series. If you liked the first version of this game, you will love this one.
Instructions
Click on an aircraft to bring up it’s control panel, where you may give takeoff, landing or taxi clearances.
Description
Pushing Tin allows you to try your hand at one of the most intense and demanding jobs in the world. As an Air Traffic Control Wannabe, your job is to safely get all aircraft from point A to point B as quickly and safely as possible. It starts off pretty easy but things can get out of hand as the levels increase. This game is based on an old Atari 800 game called Kennedy Approach which I loved playing back in the day.
Instructions
Issue clearances to the aircraft to get them all safely through your airspace. You can tell them to climb, descend, turn, depart and land. Collect more points by increasing the speed of the simulation. Watch out though, make a mistake while hot dogging and the penalties increase as well! The first few scenarios are intentionally slow so you can learn the basics. Later levels add thunderstorms and different types of aircraft. You’ll be wishing you could slow it down more. The in-game instructions and tutorials will provide more information. Have fun!
